As a student and in my professional opportunities, I have been involved in projects that have allowed me to gain practical experience and apply my knowledge in real-world scenarios. Below are a couple projects that have provided me with valuable insights and helped me to develop essential skills.
Milwaukee Admirals
Merchandising Intern
Helped to create the highest revenue end of season garage sale. Also facilitated the booth at the WIsconsin State Fair. Prepared for the following season and assisted in ordering the incoming merchandise.
Progress Center for Black Women
Class Practicum
For my Consumer Design Strategies and Evaluation Class, my team and I worked to help a local Madison nonprofit. The Progress Center for Black Women was trying to increase their youth engagement and we helped to create a youth ambassador program to achieve this.
